See the Faces of Notorious Robbers Who Raped Patients & Nurses During Hospital Invasion

It was a heartbreaking scene at the Amazing Grace Hospital, in Ijebu-Ode over the weekend after patients and nurses at the hospital were robbed and rapped by a group of notorious robbers.

On Saturday night, September 5, it was such a heartbreaking scene at the Amazing Grace Hospital, in Ijebu-Ode LGA, Ogun State, after patients and nurses at the private hospital were robbed and rapped by a group of notorious robbers.

Report states that the robbers ran out of luck as the whistle was blown on them and they were later arrested by policemen attached to the Igbeba Division of the state Police Command after a fierce gun battle between the Police and the robbers.

DSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), who confirmed the incident and the arrest, said other members of the gang escaped after the fierce gun battle with the police.

"The police operatives attached to Igbeba Division of the command swung into action immediately the information got to them and rushed to the said area where the suspected armed robbers opened fire on the police operatives who responded with heavy fire power which curtailed the men before eight of them were arrested.

"The leader of the gang, one Ayomide Moruf, alias Sucker, sustained bullet wounds in the battle. Other members of the gang arrested included Kayode (surname yet unknown) alias Small; Tunde Ruben, Tomiwa Adekoye, Adeyemi Adegoke, Kufe Emmanuel, Moses Udoh and Akeem Adenrele alias Polo, while some of the robbers escaped with bullet wounds."
