Boko Haram Christmas Day Bomber, Kabiru Sokoto Sentenced to Life Imprisonment (Photos)

A federal high court sitting in Abuja, has found the mastermind of the 2011 Christmas day bombing, Kabiru Sokoto guilty of the crime of terrorism and murder.

 
Mastermind of Christmas day bomb blast that killed scores of people and wounded many at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Madalla, Niger State in December 25th, 2011. 
 
Kabiru Umar, alias Kabiru Sokoto, was on September 4th, sentenced to life imprisonment by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
 
 
Presiding judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola found Kabiru guilty for also facilitating bomb attacks on the Police Headquarters in Sokoto State and some other government organizations in the state between 2007 and 2012.
