A young man reported to be mentally-imbalanced by a social media user was photographed burning some marijuana in public.

A homeless man who many believe has problems with his sanity was pictured by the road side of Mokola Bridge roundabout enjoying his weed amid cool breeze in public.
A social media user said the man sleeps on the bridge every night. It is not clear who is supplying him with the contraband substance.
