Omotola Reveals Why She Stopped Reading Blogs, Says It's Addictive and Ruins Relationship

Nigerian Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has in an interview revealed that she doesn't read blogs.

Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has said one of the best decisions she made in her life was to stop reading blogs. She revealed this in an interview while talking about the effects of gossips and blog stories on celebrities.

"I don't read blogs, I don't know what blogs are saying. There was a time I thought I would die not knowing what is happening..." she said.

The actress added that reading blogs can be addictive and ruins relationship.

She added: “When I stopped, I thought I was going to die, I even defended it that it was necessary to check these blogs as an actor… But I didn’t die”

Omotola revealed that she stopped checking blogs because she didn’t care what was being said about her anymore. She added that she is at peace with herself and only cares about people around her.

Many people believe this could be the reason why her marital life is still intact. It would be recalled that while congratulating Banky W and his wife Adesua for their wedding, Omotola had advised the couple to keep their relationship off the social media if they want to make the most out of it.
