Yesterday, the All Progressives Congress paid a courtesy visit to General Ibrahim Babangida [rtd] at his Minna, Niger state home. In attendance was APC presidential candidate, Gen. Buhari alongside his vice, Prof Osibanjo, APC chieftain Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Rivers State governor Rotimi Amaechi .
