Some pupils who came first at a local church school in Anambra, South-eastern part of the country went home with varying sizes of live goats as prizes.

Pupils of the ST. Paul's Catholic Church School Ebeana Ezeawulu under the Catholic Diocese of Awka, Anambra State were reportedly awarded gifts of live goats after finishing atop the class.
A group photograph of the brilliant students posing with their goats has surfaced on social media with netizens expressing diverse reactions.
A section of people believe it's a good move as the meat of the goats will go round the family members especially during the yuletide period. Others are of the view that the development is awkward.
