At least five persons have lost their lives after their bus was involved in a fatal road accident in Ilesa, Osun state.

Five people lost their lives on Monday 8th January, 2018 after their vehicle was involved in a fatal crash in Ilesa area of Osun state.
A statement from the Federal Road Safety Corps said that the crash involved a lone car with registration number xv 181EPE, Toyota Hiace bus.
The statement reads in part: "CRASH Report (1) a Lone crash, vehicle Registration number xv 181EPE, Toyota Hiace bus, Five (5) people lost their lives in the crash and their bodies had been deposited at Wesley morgue at Ilesa."
