Another protest by members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, also known as Shia Muslims has ended up bloody with the head of a member ripped with bullets.

Youths of the Islamic Movement today wore funeral robes sending message to President Muhammadu Buhari that they are willing to die for #FreeZakzakyForTreatment campaign in Abuja.
During the protest, many of them were reportedly shot and injured by the police. An eye witness who shared pictures on social media claims the head of a member was blown open by a stray warning shot fired by a security operative.
Their leader, Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaky has been incarcerated by the current administration for over a year despite court injunctions to grant him freedom.
