A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to show off a strange bird she killed after it invaded her house.

Owls are rare in Nigeria and locals have associated the big-eyed bird with diabolism.
This prompted an unnamed social media to kill an owl the moment it invaded her house. She took to a popular online forum in Nigeria to share her story which has elicited spiritual responses from like-minded netizens.

"I stay in a 3 bedroom apartment somewhere in the east, the ceiling in the parlour/living room has a small broken part.
Came to the dinning to pick my tab and saw this big owl, na JESUS! first comot for my mouth.
Luckily for me I had previously closed all the glass louvres on the window, so it could not get out.
With the help of a big stick... Finally killed it."
