A heartless driver who ran away after hitting a motorist has been urged to report at the police station after mistakenly leaving plate number behind.

A hit-and-run driver is in serious trouble after disappearing from the scene of the accident leaving the victim to die.
However, the driver has been told by the Rapid Response Squad unit of the Nigeria police to voluntarily report at the Ajah police station after mistakenly leaving behind the plate number at the scene of the accident.
Writing about it on Twitter, RRS said: "The driver of FKJ 956 DD is advised to voluntarily report to Ajah Police Station. The victim of his Hit and Run didnt die. The car bumper and number plate fell at the scene. We took the victim to Samkol Hospital."
