A former national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Umeh, has been pictured arriving the National Assembly Abuja on Thursday morning.
The influential politician is to be inaugurated as a senator after winning last Saturday’s election for Anambra Central senatorial district as he defeated the likes of Chris Ngige and others.

had reported on Wednesday that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) issued a Certificate of Return to Chief Victor Umeh as the validly-elected senator representing Anambra Central.
National Commissioner, Prof Okechukwu Ibeano, issued the certificate at the Commission’s headquarters in Abuja, yesterday evening.
