According to an aide of Governor Okorocha who emailed this video to us, it shows the alleged brutality of Sam Onwuemeodo, the SSA Media to the Imo state governor, by Soldiers alleged ordered by Emeka Ihedioha, the PDP governorship candidate in Imo State during the last governorship election in his home towm Mbaise. How true these claims are, we do not know but the manner in which the man was being brutalised in the video is alarming!
According to an aide of Governor Okorocha who emailed this video to us, it shows Sam Onwuemeodo, the SSA Media to the Imo state governor, who was arrested by soldiers during the Presidential elections at Mbaise while allegedly trying to intervene as soldiers were said to be harassing youths trying to cast their votes.
The soldiers reportedly prevented many youths from voting by locking them up until Okorocha intervened. Mr. Sam who was later released after the presidential election, was during the Governorship election went to his hometown to vote and was arrested again by soldiers allegedly ordered by the PDP governorship candidate, Emeka Ihedioha who is also from the same hometown with the SSA, and was brutalised.
How true these claims are, we do not know but the manner in which the man was being brutalised in the video is alarming! This is one brutality too much. Watch below...
