Reverend Sisters Hold Thanksgiving After Rescue From Kidnappers In Benin (Photos)

The Catholic sisters and some other ladies who were abducted and then freed after 53 days have come together to hold a thanksgiving service.

The three Catholic reverend sisters and three other females, who were freed after 53 days in kidnappers’ den have held thanksgiving in the church, Punch Metro reports.
 
The sisters of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Convent and three other women were kidnapped by gunmen in Edo State late November 2017, and were reported freed on January 6, 2018.
 

 
Here in the photographs are the freed women during a thanksgiving mass to mark their rescue from the kidnappers.
 
The event held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Benin, Edo State …‎on Monday.
