How Two Men Stormed Church Premises At Night To Vandalize Cars In Lagos

Two men have been nabbed are being made to pay for their criminal acts after they were found out to have stormed a church premises to vandalize cars.

The Police in Lagos have arrested two armed robbery suspects for allegedly vandalizing a Toyota Corolla packed inside a church premises, Daily Trust reports.
 
The duo hiding under the covers of darkness allegedly invaded Faith Assembly Church located at 46 Fatai Irawo Street, Ajao Estate, Lagos.

The suspects were arrested while escaping with their loot when they were accosted by some security men attached to the estate.
 
The suspects were handed over to the police when they could not give accounts as to how and where they got the vehicle parts.
 
Police investigation revealed that the suspects whom the police described as serial vandals, scaled the church fence from the back and vandalized a Toyota Corolla with registration number, GGE 916DL.
 
At the end of the investigation, the suspects were charged before Isolo Magistrates Court for conspiracy and stealing. They pleaded not guilty.
 
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A.O. Adedayo granted them bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
 
They were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition while the matter was adjourned till February 14, 2018.
