A young Nigerian woman has taken the internet by storm after showcasing her works as a shoemaker in Lagos state.

A Nigerian woman, Miss Nkiru Emodi has left many people talking on social media after making a breakthrough in a male dominated profession. The woman who is a shoemaker and a graduate of University of Benin has shown off some of her works on social media.
Emodi, popularly called 'the shoe doctor' make different shoes of different sizes for men and women. Speaking about her work, the amiable lady said that her shoes are "available on demand for male and female designs also in colours like - navy blue, sliver, black with touch of purple, sliver with touch of black, sliver with touch of green (very light shade), wine etc.
You can also have combinations using materials like leather, suede, patent (wetlook), and leather fabrics with it." she said.
