A young man who specializes in hypnotizing unsuspected victims and obtaining their ATM cards and pin to withdraw money has met his waterloo.
The accused man
Yesterday around 4:00pm, a man was caught in First bank Sango, Ibadan, with 60 atm cards and 2008 Toyota Corolla.
He was recognized by 2 victims which they were charmed by him sometime ago by revealing their ATM pin code at the ATM machine.
The victims raised an alarm and the man was apprehended by youths. After a brief search operation, he was found to be in possession of incriminating materials.
