A body builder simply identified as Valdir has showcased himself on a Television programme known as "A Transforma Mais Incrivel" where he flaunted his built body structure.

There are plenty people striving for the 'perfect' body in this world to make them sexy and appealing but this man may have taken things a step too far. His name is Valdir.
Valdir appeared on a Portuguese show called 'A Transforma Mais IncrÃvel', a programme which appeals for the world's most extreme bodies. According to him, he had gotten tired of the jokes and decided to switch thinness for many muscles.
In the short segment, Vladir is seen proudly flexing his oversized biceps before making his gigantic pecs jump up and down. He also adds that he is very happy and proud of his body. He however does not recommend it to anyone as well.
Social media users have frowned at the sight of his pictures which they term as extreme.
