Fulani Herdsmen Kill SARS Boss During Operation In Oyo Forest

Some Fulani herdsmen have reportedly killed an officer with the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in an Oyo forest.

It has been reported that the officer in charge of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Saki unit, in Oyo State Police Command, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, was, on Tuesday night, macheted to death by Fulani herdsmen.
 
According to Nigerian Tribune, he was murdered during an operation in a forest on Saki-Ogbooro road, in Oke-Ogun area of the state.
 
The police authorities in the state confirmed the killing.
