The residents of Ikeja, the Lagos state capital, were on Thursday afternoon, left in total shock after a Police van chasing some suspects ended up inside a gutter.

A video clip which emerged online and is currently making the rounds on social media, shows the shocking moment some operatives of the Nigerian Police Force in Lagos state, ended up inside a dirty gutter with their vehicle while chasing suspects this Thursday afternoon in Ikeja, the state capital.
The identities of the affected officers and the reason they embarked on the chase were not ascertained by TORI News as at the time of filing this report.
