A Nigerian man has been given the disgrace of his life after he was reportedly caught stealing N4000 worth of perfume at a supermarket on Valentine’s Day to please his girlfriend.
Narrating the story on Facebook, an eyewitness, Nwachukwu Blessing Ada said the suspect was embarrassed by the supermarket officials who forced him to kneel down as punishment.
Ada wrote: "It’s a shame and disgrace to this young cute dude who came to our supermarket to steal ordinary perfume of N4k all in the name of pleasing his girlfriend for valentine..hmmm what an embarrassment."
