This is the moment defectors to the All Progressive Congress, APC, were reportedly welcomed in Rivers State.
Prof. Henry A. A. Ugboma, the Chief Medical Director (CMD) University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital UPTH, also joined other leaders of the APC to receive the defectors from Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ndoni area of Rivers state.
The defectors who were welcomed by masquerades and other party faithfuls, were handed over to the APC LGA Party chairman in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area, Hon Felix Okoro Elechi.
Dignitaries present included party leaders, ward chairmen and youth leaders.
