It will stun Nigerians that no seaplane has landed in Bayelsa, Niger Delta in the last 20 decades; this has been added to the achievements of Governor Dickson.

After 21 years of its existence, Bayelsans Just witnessed the first time a seaplane will land on the soil today, 21st of 2February.
The Governor,e Seriake Dickson was also inside the seaplane when they test-drove it at Oxbow Lake, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
This will be the very first time since the creation of the state that this kind of thing will happen. According to reports the seaplane will fly passengers to Lagos, Abuja and other riverine areas at affordable fares.
