Cows were spotted in Awka today in huge numbers with a herdsmen suspected to be Fulani guarding them to a grazing field.

A social media user based in the South-east part of Nigeria - Anambra State has shared pictures of some herdsmen parading their cattle in the midnight in search for green grasses.
The netizen expressed his displeasure about the incident which he believes could be a source of conflict in the nearest future.
"This is what Nigeria will have to contend with till all Nigerian states implement anti open grazing laws in our major cities across Nigeria. I spotted these herdmen on our way to Awka this morning around 2am. I call on Anambra House of Assembly to fast track the passage of anti open grazing laws all over Anambra soil. We are light of the nation and we shall show the light for others to emulate." he said.
