Boko Haram: Parents Storm Yobe School To Know Whereabouts Of Their Children (Photos)

Pressure is presently mounting on the federal and state levels of government to produce some of the school girls allegedly kidnapped by suspected Boko Haram members in Yobe State.

Students of Government Girls' Technical College GGTC Dapchi in Bursari LGA of Yobe state were attacked by Boko Haram insurgents.
 
According to unconfirmed reports, 111 of the students were abducted. Most of the students and their teachers  escaped  to nearby communities.
 
Some ran as far as between 15- 25 kilometers. 
 
Reports say that majority of the students have been rescued by security personnel while others are still yet to be accounted for.
 
Parents besieged the school to know the whereabouts of their children. Yobe state government has closed the school for one week  to enable the students go and meet their parents.
