A couple of people have lost their lives in a fire accident which hit a part of the Federal Capital Territory in Nigeria.

Three persons on Friday lost their lives with two other injured following a gas explosion that occurred in Abuja.
It was gathered that the explosion took place at about 9am today, when the apprentice of a welder brought their cylinder for refill at Zuba, Gwagwalada area council of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
According to the Independent, the deceased were the gas attendants and the customer who brought the gas for refill.
