The stepchildren of late Kim Howe, have filed a lawsuit against ex-Olympian and reality TV star, Bruce Jenner.
The lawsuit is coming on the heels of Jenner's revelation some few days ago that he is transitioning from being a man into a woman. It is unclear at this momemnt if the lawsuit has any direct link with the star's announcement.
According to Howe's stepchildren, Jenner was 'careless and negligent' when he rammed into the late Howe's Lexus from behind, which led to her death after it collided head on with a Hummer in February 2015
The late Howe's stepchildren, who reports say had no relationship with her while alive, claimed the ex-Olympian was speeding.
At the time of the much publicized accident, cops, who arrived at the scene almost immediately, conducted alcohol tests on Jenner to ascertain if he was over the limits, but it was claimed he passed.
However, authoritative entertainment news source, TMZ, recently reported that the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the crash after which the County's District Attorney would get a report from the investigation for possible prosecution.
