In a new Instagram post, the 28-year-old Chelsea star who might be in the line up to face Arsenal tomorrow in a London Derby shared a photo of his newly born twins and the congratulatory messages have been pouring in from his fans.
The Chelsea midfielder shared a photo of himself holding a cute set of twins with the captain, "My whole world in my arms Welcome to the world my angels."
