A mere 4-year-old toddler has frozen to death after he sleepwalked out of his house and into the snow, wearing nothing but a thin pair of jammies, it has been reported.
According to Daily Star UK, The lifeless body of the boy called Bogdan was found in the snow by his mother Maria, 27, after she followed his tiny footprints in the deep snow the following morning.
The incident happened in Yaga, in the Krasnoyarsk region of Russia, where the temperatures have dipped to a severe -20C.
Bogdan is believed to have walked out in middle of the night, setting out towards a neighbour’s house – something he had done before, but in summer, when the temperatures in the region are warm.

Maria woke at 6am and could not find her boy in the house.
She discovered he had unlatched the door and gone out into the severe cold with nothing on his feet, and no hat.
She followed his footprints and soon saw his frozen body.
The Russian authorities have launched an investigation into his death, the Siberian Times reported.
