Former presidential aspirant,Chief Olu Falae has been kidnapped today,21st of September. Security operatives are currently investigating the kidnap.

Ex-SGF and Afenifere chieftain, Chief Olu Falae has been kidnapped. While details of his abduction has remained sketchy, Channels TV reports he was abducted by unknown gunmen at his farm in Ondo State and taken to an undisclosed location.
There is currently no contact with any of the kidnappers who will traditionally demand for a ransom.
Falae was born in September 21, 1938, he is a politician from Akure, Ondo State. He was secretary to the military government of Ibrahim Babangida from January 1986 to December 1990 and was briefly the Finance Minister in 1990. He ran for president in Nigeria's Third and Fourth republics.
