The dramatic incident happened in a community in Lagos State on a clear afternoon. The two "thieves" were given the humiliation of their lives afterwards.
Local reports show that the two young men had allegedly stolen the goat and were in the process of roasting it to prepare meat before the rightful owner caught them. An argument broke out after the alleged thieves denied that the goat was stolen but when the "rightful owner" raised an alarm, they reportedly confessed to the theft eventually.
A mob quickly gathered and the alleged robbers were forced to carry the unfinished roasted goat on their heads as they were paraded in public for all to see.
