The long arm of law has finally caught up with a man who is in the habit of stealing from passengers in Maiduguri.
The alleged thief, Umar Garba after being caught
A notorious thief who specializes in stealing phones from innocent passengers in commercial tricycles popularly known as Keke Napep has been nabbed by the Leadership of Commercial Tricycles and Motorcycle Owners Association in Maiduguri.
The criminal was identified as Umar Garba. The suspect was apprehended along Pompomari bye pass, Maiduguri on Monday morning, March 26.
