A Nigerian retired soldier has told other men to always help their wives in the kitchen as he takes over the kitchen to prepare delicious meal for his family.

A Facebook user identified as Des-Dokubo Dennis, has turned to an online sensation after he took to the social networking platform to share photos of him helping out his wife in the kitchen.
The man who is a Nigerian retired soldier posted photos from his kitchen and wrote;
"YOUR WIFE IS YOUR BETTER HALF, NOT A SLAVE....
"Madam was tired, so I took over the Kitchen, cooked Vegetable Soup and prepared Eba for Us to eat, Husbands should help their wives biko, you won't die."
