Some governors elected under the platform of the All Progressives Congress today met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the villa.

President Muhammadu Buhari today met with five All Progressives Congress Governors at the Aso Villa.
The governors are - Chairman Nigerian Governors Forum and Zamfara State Governor Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari; Chairman APC Governor's Forum and Imo State Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha; Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun; Kano State Governor Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and Plateau Stae Governor, Mr Simon Lanlong.
It was gathered that the governors deliberated on the issue of party chairman, John Odigie-Oyegun's tenure. After the meeting, the governors yielded to Buhari's call that elongation was unconstitutional.
