World's Most Powerful Car 'Bloodhound' Unveiled (See Photos)

The most powerful car named 'Bloodhound' has been unveiled ahead of land speed record attempting to reach 1,000mph.

 
The world's most powerful car that can travel a mile in 3.6 seconds at full speed has been unveiled. Covering a mile in 3.6 seconds, it is hoped that 'Bloodhound' can set a new world record by 2016, UK Mirror reveals.
 
The automobile named Bloodhound - went on display in Canary Wharf, east London today boasting incredible speeds of up to 1,000mph.
 
Costing £10million to make, the car was assembled at Avonmouth, near Bristol following research and design that has had the input of experts from more than 350 universities and companies.
 
After being unveiled, Bloodhound is readying to smash the world land speed record currently held by Andy Green in Thrust SSC, which reached 763mph in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada, back in 1997.
