A brave hunter from Anambra State displayed his kill after a painstaking effort in the thick bushes looking for animals to hunt.
The hunter and the African Chivet
A brave son of Umuanuka by name Ikechukwu Uba aka Chukwuwetaego 1 of Nnewi singlehandedly killed the animal called 'edi' in Igbo.
The English name of the animal is African Chivet.
The man's family almost rolled out the drums in celebration as he brought the big animal home for local consumption.
Meanwhile, his action hasn't gone well with some animal rights activists who believe the African Chivet might soon go extinct with this current spate of hunting.
