BREAKING News: Pandemonium In Abuja As Police Forcefully Disperse Protesters (Photos/Video)

Photos and video which emerged online and are making the rounds on social media, have revealed that there's an ongoing pandemonium and chaos in Abuja.

Some protesters in the federal capital, Abuja, were on Monday, forcefully dispersed by operatives of the Nigerian Police Force in the Maitama area of the city.
 
According to PREMIUM Times, eyewitnesses said they ran for safety as the police fired teargas to disperse the protesters at the Unity Fountain, beside Transcorp hotel.
 
 
It was gathered that the protesters are believed to be Shiites demanding the release of their leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky who has been detained without trial for over two years.
