Social media user have been shedding tears over the demise of a young soldier identified by Billy who was killed by the Boko Haram sect.

A Nigerian man named Valentine has taken to social media to share the last moment he had with his soldier friend who was killed by Boko Haram on April 14 in Maiduguri, Borno.
The soldier before his demise was very bubbly and regularly chatted on messaging app, WhatsApp with a close friend.
The Boko Haram war has continued for a decade now with over 20,000 people dead and over 2.3 million people displaced internally.
