Fayose Reacts To Senator Omo-Agege Stealing Mace From The Senate

Following the embarrassing incident that happened today at the senate, Governor Ayodele Fayose has reacted.

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has described as shameful and embarrassing the invasion of the Nigerian senate during plenary by thugs reportedly led by Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.
 
The hoodlums reportedly stole the mace before they disappeared.
 
Reacting to the incident, the Fayose took to Twitter and wrote: ”Shamefully embarrassing that for the first time since 1999, the National Assembly was invaded by thugs and the Senate Symbol of Authority taken away. Only thugs with Presidential backing could have carried out that treasonable act & those involved must be treated like coupists.”
