A young man who was apprehended on Tuesday with a tool while trying to break into a compound in the Sapele area of Delta State, has been captured on camera crying profusely.
The identity of the suspect or whether he was later handed over to security operatives for prosecution were not ascertained by TORI News as at the time of filing this report.
