President Buhari's political strength in the northern part of the country has refused to diminish despite his widely reported poor performance in office.

Thousands of All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters trooped out en masse to welcome President Buhari to Bauchi State where he is presently on a two-day visit.
Bauchi has been one of PMB’s stronghold since he joined politics. He has always raked thousands of votes from the state even when he never had national popularity as it is today.
The photos here have been described as a bold statement of his popularity in the north ahead of the 2019 election when Buhari will be throwing his hat in the ring again.
