Influential politician and chieftain of the All Progressive Governors, Rochas Okorocha, has been captured on camera hilariously warning his people over HIV.

A very hilarious video which emerged online and is already making the rounds on social media shows the funny moments Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha used the Igbo language to warn his people about the dangers of HIV and how it is contracted.
Unfortunately, it is only people who understand Igbo language very well that will get the joke.
