After snubbing senate invitation to explain police role in the arrest of Dino Melaye, the IGP has been spotted taking photos with Kaduna state Governor.

The Inspector General of Police, Idris Ibrahim has met with Governor Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna state to discuss how to strengthen Police presence in Kaduna State. The IG
had shunned invitation to appear before the Senate for the visit which Senate President Bukola Saraki said his action is a threat to democracy.
Writing about the IG's visit, Kaduna state government wrote on Twitter: "Governor Nasir Ahmad @elrufai this afternoon, received the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna.
T"he IG was at the Government House to discuss strengthening Police presence in Kaduna State."
