Oladapo 'Dbanj' Oyebanji's debt allegation case is scheduled for hearing on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse, Obalende, Lagos after Henry Ojogho, Vice Chairman of Broron Group and MindHub Technologies, accused the singer of refusing to pay a loan of N60m.

Will the 'White Lion' Dbanj present himself in court when the second hearing in the debt allegation suit filed against him by one Henry Ojogho comes up on Thursday, May 7, 2015?

That’s the question on the lips of many after the music star failed to show up when the case was first called up for hearing at the Multi-door Courthouse, Obalende, Lagos on March 30, 2015.

Dbanj, who is presently celebrating his tenth anniversary in the industry, was represented by his lawyer, Dele Adeshina, who was in turn, represented by a junior lawyer from his chambers on the March date.

Like the 'Oliver Twist' singer, Ojogho was also represented by his lawyer, Benedict Onyeabo, as both teams filed their papers to kick off proceedings.

Dbanj was dragged to court by the complainant over claims the singer owes him and has refused to pay a loan of over N60 million, which he granted a media outfit owned by the Kokomaster, DKM Media Limited.

We’ll keep our fingers crossed this time and keep you posted as what promises to be an interesting legal battle begins on Thursday. Stay tuned to Tori.
