Some armed bandits have been nabbed after they dared to try robbing market women in Enugu state.
The suspects
It has been reported that the operatives of the Enugu state police command have recorded a successful raid on suspected criminals said to be terrorizing the people of Adani, Uzo Uwani and other parts of Nsukka in the state.
Local reports show that the criminals were apprehended while robbing women who were returning from market as police engaged them in a shootout.
Some of the bandits reportedly escaped with wounds while those who were captured were taken to the state CID for further investigations.
