Horror! Many Cars Submerged In Water As Flood Takes Over Lagos Following Heavy Downpour (Video)

In was a gory sight to behold in many parts of Lagos recently following a heavy downpour.

In fact, many cars were submerged in water following the heavy downpour witnessed in Lagos on July 16.

The areas that were most affected were in Lagos Island.
