Man with People's Democratic Party's umbrella and All Progressives Congress's brooms was spotted on the streets of Bayelsa, Yenagoa heading to an undiclosed location.
This may not go down well with the supporters of the ruling party, APC and its opposition, PDP.
Bayelsa recently concluded its gubernatorial election with Seriake Dickson of the PDP massively defeating the APC's candidate, Timipreye Sylva.
