Worker Throws Kettle of Hot Water Over Customer Who Refuses to Pay (Video)

An aggravated worker threw a kettle of hot water on a customer who had purchased some goods and refused to pay for them.

The video shows the shocking moment a woman threw hot water at a customer before smashing him over the head with a kettle.

According to the worker, the customer was allegedly drunk and refused to pay his bill as he left, so she took decisive action

The worker claims the man was drunk and refused to pay his bill as he left a sauna, so she took decisive action.

The woman, known only as Yulia, was caught on CCTV fighting with the man who she said sobered up pretty quickly.

Yulia said: "Instead of paying, this man threw the business cards of the sauna in my face and pushed me, refusing to pay.

"After that I could hardly control my behaviour."

She said the man had been in the sauna with a group of men and women and had been drinking.

Yulia told Central European News: "When their time was up I went to them and told them to pay. This man refused so I tried calling the police."

Yulia recalls the drunken man grabbing her mobile phone out of her hands, throwing the business cards and pushing her away.

She added: "I was angry. This is why I threw the hot water from the kettle in his face.

"In addition to that I hit his head with the kettle.

"I was not in control of myself, even though it was not the first time that I had to defend myself in there."

The incident happened in the city of Perm in central Russia.

When the man's friend saw what had happened they apologised for the man's behaviour and paid the outstanding bill.

A sauna employee whacked a drunken customer with a kettle filled with hot water in the face after he refused to pay his bill.
