All progressives Congress chieftain, Atiku Abubakar has moved to ease the troubles of children in the Internally Displayed People's camps in Nigeria after their families were dislodged by Boko Haram insurgency.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on February 1st, 2016 spent time with children from his community at the launch of Technology Enhanced Learning for All (TELA) in Yola.

TELA is an American University of Nigeria project, teaching basic literacy and numeracy to vulnerable children, sponsored by USAID, which will reportedly give about 20,000 refugee children valuable education.
