Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and his co-accused – David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu – have accused Justice James Tsoho of unfairness and bias for ruling that prosecution witnesses can testify behind a 'shield', with their identities hidden.
