Video Of Youths Stealing Bags Of Cement From A Burning Truck In Benue

A video has captured the moment some youths were stealing bags of cement from a burning trailer.

The truck was travelling along Benue Highway when it suddenly caught fire, forcing the driver to abandon the vehicle.

The trending video shows residents of the area trooping out to  steal bags of cement as the fire raged on.
